The Perelik project is emphasizing on ski runs and equipment building worth 55 million Euros and on hotels construction in Smolyanski ezera area and Raikovski livadi area. At the moment Pamporovo resort offers almost 18 kilometers of ski runs and 4,920 beds. According to the project additional 29.8 kilometers of ski runs and facilities are to be constructed and the number of beds is to increase by 8000. Main goals of the project are to create opportunities for realization of sport- tourism centre with the characteristics and parameters, allowed by the laws and the territory organizational decisions, included in the approved and already operative plan for Sport- tourism.

In case of central heating, consumption will be calculated by calorimeters, and in case of individual - by electrometers.
