The complex “Sozopol Bay View”  consist of 33 apartments split into 5 houses of 3 floors high.House number 1, 2, 3, 5 have 6 apartments and House number 4 has 9 apartments, 18 of them are with 1 bedroom and 15 are with 2 Bedrooms.It’s forbidden to build higher than 10 meters in this area of Sozopol.The complex have 18 Car parking spaces which will be for all owners to use.
